Indefinite pronouns are used to identify a member of a gender class, awiiya,
specifying a member of the animate class, and gegoo,
of the inanimate class.
Note that unlike
most other pronouns in Anishinaabemowin, indefinite pronouns do not have distinct
forms for plurals and obviatives (4th persons).
