The only distinquishing feature of short-vowel final
verbs is that their final short vowel is deleted in the 1s and 2s independent
positive forms. Otherwise these verbs are virtually identical to long-vowel
final stems.
Some other short-vowel final verbs: odamino, 'play'; nagamo, 'sing';
namadabi, 'sit.'
